Welcome to Branding Villa. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent working experience. Please review our policies below to understand how we operate.
1. Payment Terms
All services require an advance payment to begin work. For monthly services, payment must be made before the start of each billing cycle.
In case of delayed payment, services may be paused until the payment is received.
2. No Refund Policy
Once the project has started, payments made are non-refundable.
If the client chooses to cancel the service, the amount paid will not be refunded.
3. Third-Party Costs
Costs such as advertising budget, domain, hosting, plugins, tools, or influencer charges are not included in our packages.
These must be paid directly by the client.
4. Revision Policy
Each service includes a limited number of revisions as per the selected package.
Additional revisions beyond the limit will be chargeable.
Major changes after approval may be treated as a new request.
5. Content Approval Policy
All content will be shared with the client for approval before publishing.
Delays in approval may affect timelines, and we will not be responsible for such delays.
6. Reels Duration Policy
All reels created will be between 30 to 45 seconds.
If a reel exceeds 45 seconds (up to 90 seconds), it will be counted as two reels.
7. Ownership Policy
Final deliverables will be shared only after full payment is completed.
We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
8. Client Responsibility
- Providing content (text, images, videos)
- Giving timely approvals and feedback
- Providing access to required platforms
Any delay in these may impact the project timeline.
9. Communication Policy
All communication will be handled via a dedicated WhatsApp group or agreed channel.
We aim to respond within working hours. Messages outside working hours will be addressed on the next working day.
10. Service Scope
Services will be delivered strictly as per the selected package.
Any additional work outside the scope will be chargeable.
11. Privacy Commitment
We respect your privacy. All information, credentials, and business data shared with us will remain secure and confidential.
We do not share client data with third parties.
12. Policy Updates
Branding Villa reserves the right to update these policies when required. Clients will be informed in case of major changes.
